Business Manager: Edward McCall

Edward McCall – Mr. McCall has 27 years of experience working in manufacturing, engineering, sales
engineering and business development at Robert Bosch Corporation and another first and second tier
automotive suppliers.

Mr. McCall bought his first home after finishing undergraduate school. After looking at options, he
found it better than an apartment from a cash flow standpoint, to purchase a duplex and rent the other
side to a tenant. Ever since then he has been interested in real estate development and maintained
home ownership.

Along with engineering, he also has some experience in the restaurant business as a wait staff and night
manager at his parents’ gourmet restaurant and wine seller, which they owned and operated for fifteen
years in South Carolina. This background allowed him to connect to vintners in Germany and learn the
art and science of winemaking during a college student exchange year.
After graduating from business school, he consulted, advised, and made investment placements for
Michigan Housing & Investment, and introduced Mr. Bains to real estate techniques acquired in
business school.

Mr. McCall has a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from Georgia Tech in Atlanta Georgia, and
a Master in Business Administration from the Michigan Ross Business School in Ann Arbor, Michigan,
with an emphasis on real estate development and real estate finance.
